Sitting barely a minute from the Kottawa interchange, it puts Galle, Matara, the airport and Colombo all within a single on-ramp, while keeping schools, hospitals, supermarkets and everyday life just minutes away. Expressway-adjacent land this close to the interchange is among the most consistently appreciating in the Colombo suburbs, and plots at this scale rarely reach the open market.
