Greetings from Groundworth Introducing our premium land development, The Highway by Groundworth – Kottawa 🛣️ The Highway – Life, Fully Connected 🛣️ 📍Direction - https://maps.app.goo.gl/U8kKhrYBGw1Tvpot8 The Highway is an exclusive land release positioned right on the doorstep of Sri Lanka's most important expressway gateway - the Kottawa Interchange. With the Southern Expressway (E01) and the Outer Circular Expressway (E02) just a minute from your gate, this is a location built for movement: the entire island within easy reach, yet anchored in an established, fast-growing residential belt with every daily convenience close at hand. As land this close to the interchange grows increasingly scarce, The Highway is a rare chance to secure a plot where connectivity itself is the investment. ✨Prime Location Highlights: •  Just 1.1 km - barely a minute - to the Kottawa Expressway Interchange, with direct access to the Southern Expressway (E01) to Galle & Matara and the Outer Circular •  Expressway (E02) to Kadawatha & Katunayake (BIA airport) •  2.5 km to Makumbura Multimodal Transport Hub (highway bus terminal) •  2 km to Softlogic GLOMARK, Kottawa •  2.5 km to Mattegoda Junction •  3 km to Kottawa Town & Junction, with Keells, Cargills Food City, ARPICO & LAUGFS nearby •  1.5 km to High Level Road (A4) - the main arterial spine to Colombo & Pannipitiya •  2.5–3.5 km to leading schools - Kottawa Dharmapala MV, Ananda College Kottawa, Leeds International & Louvre College •  2.5 km to Homagama Base Hospital •  Close to banks, pharmacies, restaurants and all daily conveniences •  In a rapidly appreciating, high-demand expressway-corridor neighbourhood 🏘️ Project Features: •  Only 12 plots available •  Land plots starting from 6.15 perches •  Ideal plot sizes for premium residential development •  Clear deeds •  Well-developed 22ft access roads •  Electricity & pipe-borne water connections •  Quiet, secure and well-planned residential setting 💰Pricing: •  Starting from LKR 2.1 million per perch 💎 Why Invest in The Highway? The Highway is exactly what its name promises - a home base wired into the entire country. Sitting barely a minute from the Kottawa interchange, it puts Galle, Matara, the airport and Colombo all within a single on-ramp, while keeping schools, hospitals, supermarkets and everyday life just minutes away. Expressway-adjacent land this close to the interchange is among the most consistently appreciating in the Colombo suburbs, and plots at this scale rarely reach the open market.
